Please note that sometimes we wouldn't be able to work with your model and we do not accept scanned 3D models (variant). Some companies do have their own 3D model, and yes, we can work with them, but we have to reformat them accordingly. Please note that in some rare cases, for some reason, we wouldn't be able to work with your model.
Please kindly note that you can not scan anything and send it over, what current scanners are creating is mostly not compatible with editing, optimization, and republishing since what they do is surface scanning and mapping.
